Hello Jos,
Thank you for your quick response. They are standard inside dBase 5 for DOS rules, which are correctly placed in NTVDM of Windows 10 x86 from row 1 (0):
_pdriver='ASCII.PR2' SET CONS OFF SET PRIN TO FILE XMLFILE.TXT SET PRIN ON ?? <variabel1> AT 0 ? <variabel2> ? <variabel3> ? <variabel4> ? <variabel5>
and so one
? SET PRIN OFF CLOS PRIN SET CONS ON SET PRIN TO
And later a rename to long filename with cmd.exe

I just did it again one after the other with the same input file, and the result is I just said.
I can not post by this replay an Attachments (?) in this massage

You can add attachments, but then have to use the "Reply" button at the right.

NTVDM_result_VDHTMXML_bewerkt_201963dat20u1....xml and VDOS_result_VDHTMXML_bewerkt_201963dat20u23....xml both start with an empty line?

Sorry you're right; I didn't look good enough. For both, in Windows 10 x86 is on the first line and in x64 the first line for both created is skipped. If you open the files in Windows notepad of both operating systems. Sometimes I also have programming and that is Windows programming often with no or unclear error messages, such as in javascript.
