Your program did at first run in vDos? Open autoexec.txt, if the last line is EXIT, remove that temporary so you see what’s going on. Else post your autoexec.txt.

I came across this application a few days back to which I gave a try but where it stuck was at some point the program has to display a list of content which it is not doing. The main criteria is there is a file with name LIST.COM which is to be copied to windows folder. I'm unable to do it, I have copied the file to vDos folder and windows folder both but it still does not work. Is there a way out of this, mine is an accounting program which displays a set of pages but this will not stop at any page it will print properly no problem but wont show me what is it printing. PLEASE HELP IF POSSIBLE

LIST.COM is a DOS program, so it certainly doesn’t belong in the Windows directory. I guess your program creates a text file and uses LIST.COM to display its content. Then LIST.COM must be found by the program, copy it to the directory of the program and see if that cures the problem.
If not, install for instance Bullzip. Select the Bullzip PDF printer when printing, so you get a PDF document that can also be viewed/browsed.
