I use Windows 10, 20H2, build 19042.804 myself, no problem/hiccup, and no one else reported this. And strange that CreateFile C:\vDos\cscapi.dll in the PM log.

I have also this week Windows 10 20H2 (on 14-01-2021; strange that I can't see the build version) upgraded on 2 pc's and there is no problem by me with vDos and I have no network on this.

Well, fyi, it works again and it is quite strange. I was thinking about this before, e.g. what I did couple of weeks ago, before the trouble started, but thought, that can't be..
So, I removed than from network (5-6 PCs and few servers) a Synology backup device, and of course stopped all backup configurations. The backup is a part of the Norton Security framework. During the recent trouble shooting, I've deinstalled completelly a Norton on one PC.. but, it seems, there is some kind of cache or verification or trying to backup in the network which caused the malfunction of vDos...
After I reconnected the backup device again, it worked everthing fine again...
That can't be, but it is real truth...
