Hello Friends.. I am running old dos based foxpro program in vdos i want to access the pendrive (lets is e drive)in my program. can anyone guide me for this..

USE e: windows-pendrive-letter:
At the vDos command prompt, or in the autoexec.txt file.

My question is that I open my Program in Vdos For eg. I work on foxpro dos based.. but in foxpro program I want to select a file from my pendrive(say this is g:) so how can I open use Dir g: Command inside my Program. In above Screenshot I am running the software in vdos then i inserted my pendrive in computer now i want to access some file inside my software which is running on vdos from pendrive which is g: in my computer. i used dir g: so i get this error.

Insert the pendrive before you start vDos, with USE g: g:\ in autoexec.txt.
Or do RUN USE g: g:\ in FoxPro.
