I've got a few old DOS programs I am testing out with vDOS, my company want Windows 7 32 bit gone. Since it is used on multiple PCs I am intending on getting the networked license. Do I need to specify each and every logon name that each machine will use when buying the networked version license? We may be using this on several dozen computers, each logs on with it's own logon ID on the domain.

A networked license is based on the domain or fileserver (if no domain) name, so the user names don’t matter.
