I can print #LPT1.asc to NovaPDF from Notpad and it is 100% perfect. I can print #LPT1.txt to NovaPDF from Notpad and it is 100% perfect. When printing from notpad my font size is set to 10 When VDOS prints I get a larger font and a page margin seems to be added. My printer section in config.txt: REM Printing REM ======== LPT1 = font:"Courier New" horz:5,5,80 vert:5,5 rem LPT2 = font:"Courier New" horz:5,5,80 vert:5,5 Please help me pick the correct print setting. I tried "0,2,120" and "2,2,136" See attachments. Thank you Craig Attachments:

Update: I'm having a little more luck with... LPT1 = font:"Courier New" horz:2,5,100 vert:5,5
I guess 120 was just too big? Do I have to restart VDos with every config change?
Anyway, you have a great product! Thank you.

The printout contains lines up to 90 characters wide. So in the past it would be printed at 12cpi = 96 characters per line. There are however no printer control codes embedded to switch from the default 10cpi to 12cpi. The 6 characters to spare at the right would create an offset to the right side. So it could be something like:
LPT1 = font:"Courier New" horz:6,22,90 vert:12,12,64
