Dear All,
I would like to ask help/your comments according to the following issue:
When I export Txt data from Vdos software it is exporting it to a rootdirectory (for exampre "I" drive) but does not let me export it to a folder in it. Error message "Error while opening file"
Could you please help me solving this problem?

Start vDos with the /log option (“…vDos.exe” /log), and look in the generated vDos.log file for entries with the filename and what the problem is.
An alternative method would be to ‘print’ the data, then use the #LPTx.asc (DOS) or #LPTx.txt (Windows) file.

If your export is small, copy & paste using a Windows clipboard extender might help. I use Ditto within PortableApps.com. You don't need PortableApps but I happen to like the way portable programs can be simply copied as a directory & moved to another Windows computer without a formal install.
When a Windows computer crashes & burns the copied programs don't have to be installed using an installer sure helps. PortableApps for Windows has a long list of portable programs.
