Don’t know why that program wouldn’t work. It needs the correct codepage selected, CHCP 866?

Hello, I use a code table MIK : en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MIK_(character_set)The program that does not work is a video driver that transfers the current code table to MIK. I guess I'll have to create a similar text file with matching characters?

Hello,
I created a new code table and on first tests everything looks good. If there are other problems, I will write again.

If your program doesn’t work without first loading that video driver, and CHCP 866 also has no effect, I’m afraid it ends for vDos.
You could try DOSBox instead, but if that video driver is a Windows program modifying NTVDM’s behavior, that won’t work either.

I enclose the code table, the load file and a photo of the result at work. Поздрави, ПламенAttachments:C_8661.TXT (1.5 KB)

If C_8661.TXT is based on the character set table of Wikipedia, it should of course be correct. You can eventually leave the first 128 lines blank since the lower 128 ASCII characters normally don’t change with a codepage. Registering vDos for commercial use like in a network can be found at: www.vdos.info/register.html. Jos
