Hi everyone
I have a disk image file on my Windows 10 machine. It was an upgrade from 7 where I could run this DOS program. I need it again for a short time but, of course, it won't run on my 64 bit machine.
I installed vDos and copied the directory into the vDos C: root but the old installation requires the files to be where the installation expects them to be...
Any ideas on how to reinstall this software using the disk image file?
thanks Vin

DOS programs in general don’t need (re)installation. So you could just copy the installed program (and data) directory to the Windows 10 PC.
If you however for some reason need to install the program, and it expects to run from for instance DOS A:, you have to assign A: to the directory (Windows C:\vDos\install?) that contains the installation program: USE A: install A:install.exe
Or USE A: install A: install.exe
