Hello Jos,
Today we got an error from our system while running the program. I don't know if it's vDos related or not. Subject is the error code.
#I want to attach the screenshot, but when I click 'Add Attachment' nothing hapen.
vDos version: 2022.05.1
Thank you.

VM Integrity Failure seems to be a rather obscure error.
Among possible causes and solutions I found only one practical: The number of file handles Clipper claims at startup. You could so check the SET CLIPPER= command for that number (Fnnn). But that number could also be set at compile time, so Fnnn would then be ignored.
‘Add Atachment’ works fine for me.

Here are the settings for 'set clipper=F255;E1024' in autoexec.txt. Is it possible to make it higher than 255 in vDos?
Thank you,
Gabriel

File handles are stored as byte values in DOS, so 255 is the absolute maximum. F255 is absurd high, don’t know whether Clipper will accept that at all. F100 seems a more practical high number, so the program can have 100 files open at one time.
