I used a feature of page break in my old dos app which allows me to stop printing wherever the content of the page ends in Dot Matrix Printer. Is there any option available in this as it support windows based printing ?

You want the matrix printer to stop (pause?) printing at the last line of a page. Your program then displays some message (Press…) to continue printing?
The solution would be to close (and later on reopen) the print handle so vDos flushes the printer output. That method can then eventually use the Windows print system to output one page at a time.
Else you have to set LPT1="Windows device/port": in config.txt so every character is by itself passed on to printer. Though that method only works with an actual DOS printer.
Alternatively you could try if adding TIO:1 to the printer specification in config.txt does the job also. Then just don’t press the required key within 1 second.
