I'm trying to improve my turbo pascal accounting app by adding a date picker.
Since Vdos can easily launch a windows app from within a dos app, I tried to find a small standalone calendar app to select a date then write it to a text file. Back to my dos app I could simply open the txt file to get my date.
Of course a such app isn't really useful for common developpers so i could not find any.
Any ideas ?

It’s indeed real specific/unique. Probably only two options: A direct Turbo Pascal routine, or an external Windows program. To be written by yourself . A date picker will be overrated by developers. If end-users don’t actually ask for something like that, rather just type in the date, it’s only one (more useless) gimmick to your lean program. Jos

It's probably a very simple windows program to write. I could try to write it with Lazarus but since I don't have any OO or RAD windows programming skills, it could be long time before I can pick a date in my old DOS app. Thank you for your help by the way.
