Set bold with a printer control code in your program. For Epson that would be <ESC>E.
Or select a bold font in config.txt, like: lpt1 = font:"Consolas Bold"
Though that will give you a real bold font.

Font sizes are the same, but Consolas Bold (of course) differs from the vDos internal font. Just have a look at the shape of individual characters, most obvious a zero. Don’t know what you mean by raw or follow the original. If you mean what the printer (once) produced, have a look at for instance fonts100.com/free+font+courier+new+semibold_4.html. Pick one to your likings, install it, and set it in config.txt instead of Cosolas Bold. Jos

BTW, if your goal is to get the same exact printout as before and you still have that printer:
Add a line to config.txt, like: LPT1 = RAW

I don’t know what DOSPrinter will do if it isn’t told what to print.
Besides that, the /RAW has the same meaning as the vDos RAW option: Send the printer output as-is to the printer driver, that will then likewise pass it on to the printer.
So no additional formatting options like font apply.
If you have further questions about DOSPrinter, please direct those to the author of that program.
