i used a trick to overcome the above issue..
i copied my desired DOS application in the vDOS directory & it's working fine (No need to change Drive Letter to access the App) & this is good enough for me...
But a next problem has arise & that is, non of the function keys (F1, F2, .... etc.) are working. And those keys are must for the App.
Any help....

Thanks for the reply...
But for me the Fn+F1, ...etc. are working fine for the desired functions as increase, decrease system volume, screen brightness etc.
Also there is an option in my system BIOS to invert the operation of functions keys. i tried using that option, but it's not working for me.
Further, I believe my system is preventing vDOS from accessing system drives, as the same problem is faced when using DosBox app.
Actually we have already tried this, long back in June 2018 but could not make through...

If for instance Fn+F1 mutes the sound, F1 on its own would generate F1. You can check with other Windows program, F1 then mostly invokes the help function of the program.
You can assign (USE...) a DOS drive letter to any drive/path Windows can access. Though protected system directories are by default inaccessible.
