Hello Jos, I am facing this issue in version 2023.05.01, but it rarely happen. With the 2022 version I never had this problem. I have no clue what cause of it. Subject is the error code. vDos.log (4.6 KB) Thanks, Gabriel.

The log file doesn’t reveal much more than your program being real busy between the MD (MKDIR) commands.
I did recall something of a "VM Integerity Failure" being reported before. But that turned out to be a post of yourself. You thought it to be solved, but it apparently wasn’t.
Your program running for almost 20 minutes, and only that it was (apparently?) no issue with version 2022 is little to work on. Normally I require some testing environment to reproduce an error consistently. My only guess for now would be INT 8 (timer tick) or INT 74h (IRQ12 - Pointing device) being executed in protected mode. But neither is hooked/replaced by your program, and the ‘default’ code should be operation mode independent.
I’ll have a closer look at both vDos versions for if I missed something…
Jos
